Surviving The Holidays is a warm, encouraging and helpful support group class. Featuring video instruction and group discussion, it helps you deal with the intense pain of grief during the holiday season. We will meet on Wednesday, December 4, from 6:30 PM – 8:00 PM at the Care Center.
