Charles serves as The Church at Rock Creek Facilities Manager. He is responsible for building and ground maintenance, houskeeping services and building sercurity. Charles has been a member since 2002 and join the staff in 2010.

Before coming to Rock Creek, Charles worked for Arkansas Utility Protection Services as a Damage Protection Specialist. He was also the manager of several car dealerships in the Little Rock area, including Little Rock Dodge.

Charles volunteers with Rock Creek Students for 5 years and still loves investing in the Next Generation. Charles is a native Arkansan and was raised in the Little Rock area. He and his wife, Tracy, live in Benton and have one son. Charles is an avid sports fan, loves Razorback football and spending time with family.
